  • Redirect to preferred calming activities when signs of agitation appear.

NDIS Terminology
Common terms used in the NDIS.

Participant

A person with a disability who is receiving support from the NDIS.

Support Coordinator

A person who helps you understand and use the funded supports in your plan.

Plan

A document that outlines your goals and the funding you receive from the NDIS to help you achieve them.
